Amadeus – Jakarta Concert Orchestra

House of Piano and Steinway & Sons proudly support “Amadeus”, a special concert presented by Jakarta Concert Orchestra under the direction of renowned conductor Avip Priatna. This concert highlights the works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, one of the most influential composers of the First Viennese School.

The concert will feature Young Steinway Artist Jonathan Kuo, an award-winning pianist with achievements in national and international competitions, performing Piano Concerto in D minor, KV 466, a powerful and emotionally rich work by Mozart.

Also appearing is Young Soprano Jessica Januar, a graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London, who will perform the concert aria for soprano and orchestra “Vorrei Spiegarvi, O Dio”, showcasing Mozart’s operatic expressiveness.

In addition, the Jakarta Concert Orchestra will present Il Re Pastore Overture, K 208, and conclude the evening with Symphony No. 41 in C major, K 551 “Jupiter”, Mozart’s final and most celebrated symphony.
